Effects of digital public services on trades in green goods: Does institutional quality matter?

This is the first attempt to examine empirically effects of implementation digital public services (DPS) on value trade in green goods (TGG). By applying diverse econometric techniques a sample 25 European economies for period 2012–2019, results show that DPS captured by three indices (user-centricity, business mobility, and key enabler) has modest influence level TGG. The are robust. A higher appears drive up export goods, there evidence long-term cointegration Furthermore, nexus between TGG evident two subsamples developing developed economies, but importance more pronounced former. Finally, become significant with well-developed institutional system.
